Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By using Press Release Submit, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account, including releases submitted.
3. Acceptable content
You represent that every release you submit is truthful, non-defamatory, and does not infringe any third-party right. Our editorial team may reject or request changes to any submission.
4. Payment
Fees are payable per release at the rate shown on the applicable service page. Reseller accounts are billed on the terms of a separate agreement.
5. Refunds
If a paid distribution fails to meet its stated indexing or placement guarantee, we will refund the corresponding fee or reissue the release at no charge, at your election.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute and display that content through our network for the purpose of fulfilling the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the release giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Termination does not affect obligations accrued before the effective date.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
